Our Story
Why Curlashes exists
Buying beauty online should not be a gamble.
Curlashes started from a familiar frustration. Shopping for makeup online usually means scrolling through thousands of near-identical listings, guessing which lipstick actually lasts, which foundation actually matches, which mascara actually holds a curl. Endless choice, and nobody accountable for any of it.
We built the opposite. A deliberately small beauty catalog where the filtering has already been done, covering the whole routine: lip makeup, face makeup, eye makeup, brushes and tools, skincare, and the lash range we develop ourselves, from a silk fiber mascara and reusable magnetic lashes to a heated curler, a growth serum and an extension-safe lash shampoo.
The goal was never to carry everything. It is to carry the things you will actually reach for, and to describe each one honestly, so you can build a routine without gambling on every order.

What We Curate
Curlashes is a full beauty store built on ten collections: lips, face, eyes, brushes and skincare, alongside the lash range we develop ourselves.
We curate with intention. Every product in the store has been selected for how it performs, what it costs, and whether it earns a place in a real daily routine. We are not a marketplace where anyone can list anything, and we do not pad the catalog to look bigger than we are. We choose what we carry, and we stand behind it.

How we choose what we carry
Every product is evaluated against three questions before it goes live. Does it actually work as described? Is the price fair once the distributor layers are removed? And does it earn its place in a routine you use every day? If the answer to any of those is no, it does not appear in the store. That is how we keep the catalog small enough to trust and useful enough to shop.

We combine US-based management and oversight with an international network of supplier relationships, which gives us the accountability of a registered US business alongside direct access to the manufacturers who make what we sell. That structure is deliberate. It means someone is answerable for every order, every policy and every customer conversation, even when the products themselves are made overseas.
That accountability shows up in the ordinary things: accurate product descriptions, fair and transparent pricing, secure payment processing, and delivery you can actually track.

A note on cosmetic claims
Everything we sell is a cosmetic product, not a medicine. We describe how our makeup, skincare and lash products affect the appearance of your skin, lips, brows and lashes, and we do not claim that any of them treat, cure or prevent a medical condition. Results vary from person to person and depend on consistent use. We recommend patch-testing any new serum, cream or cleanser before regular use, keeping products away from the eye itself, and discontinuing use if irritation occurs. If you have a known skin or eye condition, or a sensitivity to cosmetic ingredients, speak to your doctor before starting a new product.
Our return & satisfaction commitment
Every Curlashes purchase is covered by a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return, on items that are unused and in their original packaging. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, contact us straight away and we will make it right, whether that means a replacement or a refund.
